To add to this, I am also not a huge elevator fan and wanted to take stairs to the garage, but did not see any. Gustavo literally drove to the new property, walked every single staircase, draw me a little map where I can access stairs and inquired with HOA if it was a possibly for me to get a key to the staircase leading to the garage. As a first-time home owner, escrow, negotiation, inspections were extremely overwhelming to me. The inspector found issues but Jenni and Gustavo worked through everything to help us get credits and also to get good contractors in to tell us how much things would cost to repair/replace so we knew what we were getting in to. This was a complex negotiation and rent back/seller in possession situation but it was never an issue with this dynamic duo!
